01 PROJECTED REALITY

Give the room a direction.

A good lighting show has somewhere to go. Color, contrast and movement give quieter moments space and make the big moments land. Joe Faratzis brings the creative direction and programming together, with a plan shaped around your music, room and production scope.

What goes into
your show?

Creative direction, technical planning and a clear scope. Your quote defines the equipment, deliverables and production support included.

01

Lighting direction

A visual approach for the show: color palette, key moments, transitions and the overall energy.

02

Rig and cue planning

Fixture layout and control planning based on the venue, available equipment and agreed budget.

03

Programming and operation

Live operation for a changing set, or pre-programmed cues when the music and timing are locked.

A good fit for

Live music venues, band release shows, DJ sets, private events, music videos and livestream performances.

How does it
come together?

Start with the room and the idea. We’ll build the plan with you.

  1. Start with the show

Send the date, venue, type of performance and any references. A set list or music sample helps establish the direction.

  2. Build the lighting plan

We agree on the look, equipment responsibilities, load-in window and whether the show runs live or to timecode.

  3. Program, check and run

The agreed scope covers programming, on-site checks and operation. Rehearsal time and venue coordination are planned before show day.

Before we start.

Can you work with the venue’s existing lights?

Potentially. Send the fixture list and control details so compatibility and access can be checked before the scope is confirmed.

Do you supply equipment as well as programming?

The quote will identify what Projected Reality provides, what the venue provides and any additional rentals. Equipment availability is confirmed for your date.

Can the lighting follow a specific track?

Yes, timecoded programming can be scoped for a fixed track or set. Live operation is also available when the order or timing needs flexibility.

How much does live lighting cost?

Pricing depends on the room, equipment, programming time, crew needs and show duration. Send those details for a scoped quote.
